Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University has always been and remains one of the leading universities in the Republic of Kazakhstan. It is always open to new and significant initiatives in the national pedagogical education. It was the first independent Institute of Master and PhD Doctoral Programs in the country, where the education of the new formation was capable of making a worthy contribution to the development of education. In recent years, I have closely tied with the Institute of Master and PhD Programs, as I deliver lectures on the history of pedagogy, comparative education, education in the multicultural environment. I observe with interest how the audience responds to absorb everything new that is happening in the Russian and global education. In the process of cooperation with Abai KazNPU, I was convinced in high scientific potential, creativity of teachers and scientists who can work in active mode, possessing modern innovative technologies in education. It is quite obvious that the Institute has the correct and clear guidelines to ensure with high quality of knowledge that forms at MA and PhD motivation for independent scientific research, fulfillment, work out their own position in relation to the ongoing changes in education, in other words, it has the exactly applied qualities that are so necessary for a modern scholar. Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University has ranked with high quality among foreign universities. University grows, reaches new heights, and about to be awarded as the first higher education institution in Kazakhstan, which will receive international recognition.
