Hereby, I would like to present my positive opinion on bringing academic staff from different European countries to one of the most important pedagogic centre of Kazakhstan, Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai (KazNPU). This is a definitely good way how to promote the mutual (or even bilateral) cooperation between KazNPU and European universities in the field of further student/staff exchange programmes, exchanging knowledge and experience in teaching and research activities, and/or, in development cooperation as well. This could be particularly a very good instrument how to keep on and/or even re-established the connections between Kazakhstan and Turkey, two countries with a very good relationship for a couple of last decades. Personally, I have to consider my stay at KazNPU as a very positive, particularly due to a very friendly atmosphere, enthusiastic students (who was very interested in my lectures and very active in discussion). The KazNPU is a very-well organized university and all the facilities supporting my stay were perfect and timing. The aim of the international lectures of Professors coming from so many different countries is a good strategy to expand the students mentality, improve the good name of the Kazakh National Pedagogical University, and finally to create new occasions for networking of KazNPU with other universities spread all around the Europe and Asia. First I want to express my sincere gratitude to the Head of the Department of “Philological Specialities” - prof. Rozalinda Ashirbayevna Shahanova for the invitation and for the wonderful organization to lead the lectures together with her assistants and PhD students had put in a lot of work for the perfect organization of the curriculum and to provide modern lecture and conference halls, equipped with multimedia systems. I had a warm, friendly and respectful welcome by prof. Gulmira Bolatovna Nurlikhina and her colleagues. They had provided me comfortable work place with computer, Internet and good working conditions. I had a lot of business discussions on contemporary research projects, publications and PhD papers. I remained with great impression by their erudition, high professional training and high initiative. I hope you have good results in all of your innovative efforts. It was a great pleasure to visit you in Kazakhstan and to learn of your ideas for improving both institutions. I wish you well in your efforts and am ready to assist if needed.. In conclusion I want to confirm, that my work in KazNPU was highly beneficial, full of new ideas, acquaintances and it rested a new friendship and scientific cooperation with wonderful colleagues from Kazakh National Pedagogical University.
