About the Department of Informatics and Mechanics and Mathematics specialties:

The department consists of an unique staff of professionals whose work is known far outside the Republic of Kazakhstan. Scientific school of Academician E.Y. Bidaybekov is one of the first in the country, who devoted his research to methods of teaching computer science at schools and universities, and also as difficult byway of education in the computerization of education. Significantly, the results of such scientific and methodical work of the department continuously transmit the research subjects to the younger generation in preparation of master and PhD program students, which are always relevant for both Kazakhstan and Russian Federation.
